The Ed Sheeran Songbook Show Was Just “Perfect”
Jack Bowater gave us the pleasure of gracing our stage at the Club on Friday 27th January with his fabulous tribute act to Ed Sheeran.
Die hard fans of Ed Sheeran turned up to party the night away, there were so many new faces in the crowd of all ages ready to enjoy what was set to be a very packed evening of entertainment.
This show was an absolute sell out, the Club lounge was already buzzing with people waiting in preparation for the function room doors to open at 7pm.
The night kicked off with the first of our acts to warm up our crowd…it was the sensational female singer Jordan.
She said she was going to warm up the dancefloor and she certainly did that in abundance.
She sang some belting tracks from a mixture of decades such as:
- All Night Long – Lionel Richie
- A Little Respect – Erasure
- Freed From Desire – Gala
- We Don’t Have To Take Our Clothes Off – Jermaine Stewart
Plus many more hits from Cilla Black to Dua Lipa.
The dancefloor was on fire by the time Jordan finished.
After a short break with our resident DJ Buzz playing some hits keeping the dancefloor full, it was time for Jack Bowater to start off his first set.
Jack started with a massive hit from 2017 “Castle On The Hill” and the atmosphere in the room intensified as he poured out hit after hit from the start of Ed Sheeran’s spectacular portfolio.
The dancefloor was electric with songs such as:
- I Don’t Need You
- Galway Girl and Lego House
Plus much more….
Jack went for a well deserved 15 minute break then came back and blew our visitors away with set 2 which we will not spoil for you, this show is a must for Ed fans.
If you have ever wondered what Ed Sheeran songs sound like mixed in with a bit of U2, The Fresh Prince and Lady Gaga, then this show will certainly be one that you cannot afford to miss.
As usual thank you to our acts, our Bar staff for their hard work and our customers for your support.
