Join us on a fantastic day out to Aintree race course this Autumn.
We will be meeting up at the club on the morning for breakfast baps before we board the coach.
Breakfast, return coach travel, entry to Aintree, evening meal & entertainment is all included for a low price of £50 per person.
We will be spending the day at the course before the return trip to the club for a sit down carvery evening meal and a full night of entertainment.
Please call the club on 01270 584144 to enquire if there are any places left on this trip, these places are strictly first come first served.
Once these places are gone we will not be accepting any more persons to join the excursion.
Trip Timetable
The day will consist as follows:
- 9am – Arrive at the club for breakfast we will be doing Bacon/Sausage baps.
- 10am to 10.30am – Board the coach and leave for Aintree
- 11.45am – Arrive at Aintree
- 12.40pm – First Race of the day
- 4.05pm – Last race of the day
- 5pm – Board the coach for the return journey to Crewe
- 6.30pm – Arrive at Coppenhall Club
- 7pm – Evening Meal Carvery
- 8.30pm – Entertainment will start
Please be prompt to board the coach in the morning and on the return journey.
Please note – Food and drinks on sale at Aintree race course are card only purchases, the venue does not accept cash for anything once you are in the course.
Bookmakers and tote will accept cash.
Aintree do not permit you to bring your own alcohol or food into the venue.
All times are approximate, times may vary due to traffic.
Aintree race course times may be subject to change by the organisers.
If you are not joining us for the trip, you may join us for the evening entertainment.
We will be having entertainment.
Tickets for the evening section will be priced at £5 per person and will be going on general sale soon.
